Job Summary

  • This role builds and manages a sales and marketing process and strategy that supports a successful launch and rapid growth of a new venture.
  • The position provides management oversight of an assigned sales and marketing team within a start-up company while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Bank standards.
  • The role offers flexibility with four days onsite and one day remote work per week and requires driving the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales.

  • Preferred minimum 10 years sales/marketing experience
  • Preferred minimum 4 years sales management experience
