Pomelo Care is building a network of experienced midlife providers to deliver synchronous patient visits for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Providers will conduct video visits, assess symptoms, and manage treatment plans including prescribing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications.

Active CNM WHNP or NP license
3 years menopause care experience
