Job Summary

  • The GCO Leadership Development Program offers 12 months of dynamic rotations with in-depth training across CTA, SM, and LTM roles, supported by mentorship and real-world experience.
  • GTAs will gain knowledge and develop technical and leadership skills to understand pharmaceutical development, GCO SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements, and trial management logistics.
  • Upon successful program completion, GTAs will be placed in LTM or SM roles based on business needs and individual skill sets.
