Lead the development and scale-up of laboratory processes to Pilot Plant operations, ensuring the successful production of multi-kilogram quantities of chemical intermediates and active ingredients.
Maintain rigorous cGMP standards and safety regulations, creating all necessary production documentation and risk assessments to ensure the highest ingredient quality.
