Job Summary
Serve as the primary design authority for customer solutions, validating standard solutions and leading technical designs from discovery through final customer acceptance.
Lead the entire post-sale process for clients, from initial requirement discovery and validation to final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project handover.
Authorise design changes throughout the implementation process to ensure solutions meet all functional, security, and performance requirements in accordance with contractual commitments.
