This role offers the chance to influence reward strategy at a global scale, working closely with HR and business leaders to drive fair, competitive and transparent compensation programmes.
You will lead and contribute to projects such as pay equity analysis, annual salary reviews, short-term incentive plans, salary structure design and broader reward programme development.
Your work will help ensure Stantec’s reward practices remain competitive, equitable and aligned with our values and long-term strategy.

Degree in HR, Business or related discipline preferred
