Job Summary

  • This role offers the chance to influence reward strategy at a global scale, working closely with HR and business leaders to drive fair, competitive and transparent compensation programmes.
  • You will lead and contribute to projects such as pay equity analysis, annual salary reviews, short-term incentive plans, salary structure design and broader reward programme development.
  • Your work will help ensure Stantec’s reward practices remain competitive, equitable and aligned with our values and long-term strategy.
