Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, time & attendance systems administration, HRIS, or project management
  • Proven track record in leading strategic payroll and T&A initiatives and change management programs
  • Experience developing policies, governance frameworks, or operating principles
  • Experience with major payroll and T&A systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll fundamentals, employment law, and compliance requirements
