Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or incidents.
Staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected violations of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift meetings
Key Requirements
