Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the shift.
