Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Steering TGA technical trades
Project management for MEP
Cost, schedule and quality control
Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
Energy efficiency and sustainability consulting
Coordination of technical planning interfaces
Use of MS Project for cost and schedule
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of BIM methods
Strong team and communication skills
Customer relationship building
High initiative and quality awareness
Fluent German and English
Key Requirements
Degree in building services engineering or related field
Alternatively technician or master craftsman qualification in HKLS or electrical
Minimum 5 years experience in project management or technical planning of TGA projects
Deep knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB/B and technical standards
Experience with cost and schedule control software
