This role involves providing psychological services to individual clients with behavioural issues and mental health concerns through consultancy and coaching.
The position is part of a pilot project to redefine programmes within the Adult Disability setting and generalise interventions into home settings.
Candidates will support capability-building by training and coaching Master Trainers, allied health professionals, and senior officers within social service agencies.

SPS Full Membership or SRP registration
3+ years post-Masters experience
Positive Behaviour Support expertise
Practice-Based Coaching skills
Nice-to-have
Prior coaching experience in disability settings
Lesson-planning and curriculum development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in local languages
Experience with diverse stakeholders
Key Requirements
Recognised masters' degree in Applied Psychology
Registration with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
Eligibility for Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
More than 3 years relevant post-Masters experience
Supervised practicum and training in psychological assessments
