Job Summary
The position holder is accountable for leading and managing the Fabrication Technical Shopfloor Support Team to deliver in a timely manner from EQN management, DQN Management, QN Management, MOD Management, Process update Management and external resource Management.
There will also be a focus on identifying improvements to the current industrial system and setup within the Fabrication plant.
Our team builds critical components for the state-of-the-art Airbus A350 XWB, including the composite center fuselage and wing spar.

8+ years relevant engineering experience
Manufacturing or Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering background

Manufacturing engineering tool sets working knowledge
