The role involves managing internal communications, improving business processes, and enhancing medical capabilities, while adhering to company SOPs.

Job Summary
The position is to support and ensure the effectiveness and excellence of MSL and Other Medical Function operation in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Lead and implement Medical internal communication and programs, including setting a yearly medical communication plan and facilitating meetings.
Develop, improve and enforce business processes, identify opportunities for business improvement, and lead initiatives for process development and improvement.
