Job Summary

• You will analyze existing supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions for improvement in areas such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning also develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Sales, Project Management) to understand their requirements and integrate supply chain solutions that support business objectives also manage supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and contribute to supplier selection and negotiation processes to ensure quality, cost, and delivery compliance.

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or advanced planning systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
