Facility condition assessment expertise
Architectural or MEP evaluation skills
Commercial construction code knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Project mobilization and setup experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with CEGA or Critical Environments
Understanding of system uniformat level 3/5
Familiarity with ASTM E2018-24 standard
VFA, FOScore, or Corrigo software usage
Healthcare sector project experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
8+ years of related work experience
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain security clearance
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
