The ATR Senior Manager is responsible for leading the R2R organization in delivering the highest quality service to our global customers.
He/she will provide direction in maintaining and strengthening business partnerships with global stakeholders while ensuring adherence to compliance standards and driving process improvements.
The role involves managing month-, quarter-, and year-end financial consolidations, liaising with external auditors, and leading the ATR transformation strategy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
10 to 15 years finance and accounting experience
At least 8 years in ATR processes in a multinational shared services center
Understanding of audit concepts and internal control frameworks
Fluency in English
Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts
