Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12-18 years experience in AI or data science
Proven track record commercialising digital products
Deep understanding of data governance and AI ethics
Experience managing academic research partnerships
Expertise in AI/ML lifecycle and model monitoring
Nice-to-have
PhD in AI, cryptography, or system design
Strong stakeholder management across senior levels
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0 to 1
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience with emerging AI regulations in ASEAN
Key Requirements
Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Data Science preferred
12-18 years in financial services technology strategy
