Base: $200,000 - $225,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: 10% variable annual bonus contingent on company performance plus RSU grant; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), gym reimbursement, technology stipend

Fluency in Agentic AI within Google and Claude environments
