Base: $29.00-$46.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus or sales commission may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match, HSA, stock purchase plan

Must-have
2+ years technical customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Phone and email troubleshooting capabilities
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP system
Degree in higher discipline preferred
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Key Requirements
