Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The Maintenance Assistant performs routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, and coordinates daily maintenance services with nursing staff.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
