Job Summary

• Assists the Director of Nursing in directing licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24/7 basis.
• Responsible for ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect, acting as a liaison between residents, family members, and physicians.
• Must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately, while maintaining confidentiality regarding residents and employees.
