Must-have
Qualified lawyer admitted in common law jurisdiction
5+ years legal experience in financial services
Drafting and negotiating FX derivatives agreements

Prior in-house legal experience advantageous
Fluency in a second language helpful
Experience with multiple APAC jurisdictions
Key Requirements
Admitted in Hong Kong, UK, US or equivalent common law jurisdiction
Minimum 5 years relevant legal experience
Strong understanding of financial and banking regulatory frameworks
