Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Engineer – Painter is to provide painting and general maintenance property wide in accordance with departmental and company policies.
This position involves daily maintenance tasks including wallpaper, paint, furniture touch-ups, and repainting of curbs, traffic stripes, and directional signs throughout the complex.
Safety is an essential function of this job and team members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow company standards at all times.
