Must-have
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Use of calipers and optical comparators
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Knowledge of sampling plans
Ability to read technical drawings

Understanding of GD&T principles
Experience with ISO9001/ISO13485 standards
Familiarity with Oracle system transactions
Bilingual communication in Spanish and English

Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience preferred
Associate degree in inspection may substitute for experience
Fluency in English preferred; Spanish required for some roles
