Job Summary
The Head of Finance Ops, Treasury and Transformation will be responsible for leading the Operational Finance, Transformation and Treasury functions for the new standalone company (BPL New Co), including ownership of regulatory safeguarding and cash management processes.
The role holder will be responsible for the stand up of the Operational finance and treasury support for BPL, including implementing safeguarding processes, wider liquidity and cash management and optimisation for the organisation and broader capital management.
Barclays and Brookfield will work to create a standalone entity over time, continuing to use the Barclaycard Payments (BPL) brand and acting as the sole payments acceptance services provider to Barclays’ clients for a minimum of ten years.
