Job Summary
This position will lead, plan and manage business transformation programs for the Workday HCM and Security modules, including the overall change strategy, training and adoption.
You will lead the technical design, test the developed solution, oversee user acceptance testing, and ensure successful deployment of the solution.
Key to success in this role is the ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems and project management.
