Job Summary
Support the development and execution of Lilly’s international public policy priorities across Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
Act as a strategic partner and connector to affiliates, ensuring that global and regional policy positions are translated into practical, locally relevant policy strategies.
Contribute to the development of global policy guidance on key strategic topics, including AI, compounding, and insulin, and partner with IBU teams and affiliates to translate global policy frameworks into actionable strategies at market level.

Key Requirements
Advanced degree in public policy, international relations, law, public health, or a related field
Approximately 15+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or related roles
Strong familiarity with Latin American policy environments, particularly Brazil, Mexico, and/or Colombia
Proven experience working closely with country affiliates in complex, evolving policy landscapes
Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
