Job Summary
This role exists to ensure that enterprise risk is visible, deliberate, and owned at the right level, and that decision rights, capital commitments, and accountability remain aligned across the platform.
The Head of Group Risk & Decision Governance is accountable for how major decisions are made, escalated, and governed across the group, enabling growth with speed without fragility.
Direct oversight of Internal Audit and Information Security (CISO) to ensure controls support sound decision-making, rather than substitute for it.
