Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in change management or organizational development
  • Experience leading teams and external partners
  • Proven ability managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical R&D preferred
