Job Summary

  • Partner with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to ensure production targets are met on-time, to the highest quality, and within budget, while adhering to cGMP requirements and corporate standards.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for specified CMOs and serve as Chief of Staff for the unit, ensuring strategy deployment and owning the group's performance management process.
  • Lead international governance teams, enforce GMP and SHE standards, manage business planning and financial performance, and develop communication and risk management strategies.
