Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • 5–10 years of experience across the full program/project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and produce competitive bids
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, optics, photonics, or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with capture management methodologies
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experience supporting international customers or pursuits
  • Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada
