Job Summary
The purpose of the position is to oversee and ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and strategic alignment of all IT services within all regulated entities of APEX Luxembourg, supporting business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with all IT functions, e.g. Infrastructure & Operations, Applications Services, to provide consistent services delivery.
Provide regular reporting on IT services, IT risks and projects, supported by KPIs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related
Master's degree highly preferred
Proven technology leadership in financial services
Strong understanding of banking operations and regulations
Good understanding of CSSF regulations
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
Experience supporting audits and managing vendor risk
