• This role owns learning platform operations and partners closely with U.S.-based learning leaders to localize, deploy, and deliver leadership development and role-specific training in alignment with global standards.
• Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day learning platform operations, leading APAC rollout and adaptation of enterprise learning programs, and tracking participation and completion metrics.
