As an Agile Coach, you will assist in creating, developing, and executing MillerKnoll’s digital strategy across multiple product teams, championing empirical decision making and enabling growth in digital experiences.
This role requires establishing and scaling the Agile Coaching practice in Bangalore, building a community of practices, influencing organizational design, and facilitating leadership workshops and Agile training sessions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in IT-related field or equivalent
12+ years of overall experience
5+ years as Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Scrum Master certification mandatory
SAFe Agile certification preferred
ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) preferred
ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) preferred
Experience with continuous delivery models/frameworks preferred
Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
