The Laboratory Animal Management Association is seeking a Senior Scientist in Systems Biology to develop and analyze complex biological data within its Vaccines & Advanced Biotechnologies department in West Point, Pennsylvania. Job Summary

  • Directly contribute to multiple stages of therapeutic development through rigorous design and/or implementation of high-dimensional functional genomics and cellular profiling assays.
  • Perform statistically rigorous quantitative analyses while employing reproducible research and data integrity practices on large-scale biological datasets.
  • Develop and implement experimental and/or computational methods to integrate findings from functional genomics screens and other data sets with additional biological data streams to generate deep biological knowledge and drive innovation.

  • Experience with statistical hypothesis testing and machine learning
  • Experience with cell culture and molecular biology tools
