  • Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems, installs/replaces and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
  • Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment (generators, plant chillers, steam boilers, fire protection systems, etc.) and utilizes building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
