Performs the preparation, distribution, inventory tracking, and record keeping of all patient formula in the department.
Calculates all patient formula as they appear in the complex preparation instructions completed by clinical staff.
Maintain an aseptic environment for formula preparation procedures as they relate to the HACCP plan for enteral feedings, local health department regulations, and patient safety policies.
