Must-have
Over 5 years supervisory experience
Degree in Food & Beverage or Nutrition
Basic Food Hygiene certification
Knowledge of EMOS systems
Adherence to MUIS and ISO 22000 standards
Nice-to-have
Experience with event catering functions
Understanding of raw food materials
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Key Requirements
Degree holder in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, or Nutrition
Basic Food Hygiene certification required
