  • This role is responsible for setting MES standards across five or more manufacturing facilities to enable business scaling with standard processes.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to train over 60 Manufacturing Engineers across various facilities on new SOPs and adherence.

Key Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering with 8-12 years experience
  • US Citizen with Secret Clearance eligibility
  • Resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate
  • Experience with serialized components and non-conformance
  • Phantom/synthetic items understanding on mBOMs
