Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years development and construction experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
Manage financial aspects of design and construction
Oversee overnight remodels and minor capital projects
Process pay applications and change order requests
Nice-to-have
Retail industry experience preferred
Strategic thinker with tactical delivery skills
Ability to influence and gain approval for ideas
High volume fast-paced environment adaptability
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Key Requirements
Five (5)+ years of Development & Construction experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
Ability to travel regularly to job sites
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
