Job Summary

  • As a Chef de Partie - Petit Déjeuner, you will play a key role in the quality of the establishment's culinary services, ensuring the production and coordination of your sector.
  • Your main missions will include autonomously ensuring the production of dishes, managing and supervising the work of commis chefs, and guaranteeing the organization, coordination, and quality of service in your zone.
  • This position offers a CDI contract with a day-based package, 13th month after 1 year of seniority, participation and profit-sharing, and access to the Accor 'Heartist' program with various benefits.
