Base: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, housing discounts up to 40%

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• 1-3 years minimum relevant experience in residence life or property management
• All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property
