  • Major incident resolution leadership
  • Audit and inspection management

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Systems Engineering
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in AFC/ticketing systems
  • Strong expertise in EMV/NFC and clearing systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data governance
  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred
