Job Summary

• The Director, Corporate Business Partner partners with senior leaders across all corporate functions and provides strategic advice on a wide variety of areas to maximize organization effectiveness and performance.
• The role provides expert recommendations, counsel, and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and employees on all employee related issues such as performance management, documentation, progressive discipline measures, career development, employee relations, policies and procedures, and all employment/labor laws.
