This role involves co-leading medium-to-long range financial forecasting to guide investment choices for therapies serving people with rare diseases.
The position requires partnering with R&D, Global Portfolio Analytics, and Commercial leaders to elevate forecast accuracy and unlock intelligent automation using AI models.
Candidates will prepare complex analytical models and CEO-level materials while managing the Rare Disease Quarterly Business Review process.

Base: $154,968.80-232,453.20 USD; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based awards eligible; Benefits: Qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years Finance/Controlling/FP&A experience
Advanced proficiency with Anaplan and PowerBI
Experience applying AI/Machine Learning in finance
Executive presence and senior leadership communication
Commercial finance FP&A at global or market level
Nice-to-have
Background in biopharma or rare disease markets
Spanish language skills
Professional qualifications like MBA, CPA, or CFA
Experience overseeing Center of Excellence teams
Passion for delivering life-changing medicines
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or business administration
8+ years experience in Finance/Controlling/FP&A positions
Experience preparing CEO-level materials and external earnings support
