The Nature Program Facilitator supports and delivers high-quality outdoor learning experiences for children ages 5–12 through nature-based exploration.
Facilitators will lead daily activities for summer camps and other outdoor programs, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants.

Experience working with children ages 5-12
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lead outdoor nature programs

Bachelor's degree in education or environmental sciences
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days
At least one year of experience with children
Pass background checks including child maltreatment and sex offender registry

Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required
