Base: $183,200.00 - $274,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have
15 years professional airworthiness experience
Active DoD Secret clearance required
Manned and unmanned aircraft systems expertise
FAA and military airworthiness regulations knowledge
Independent airworthiness audit capabilities
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP clearance eligibility
Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-516 standards
Cross-sector collaboration skills
Training development and delivery experience
Root cause corrective action analysis
Key Requirements
16 years Bachelor's STEM degree OR 14 years Master's OR 12 years PhD
Minimum 15 years focused airworthiness experience
Active DoD Secret clearance within past 6 years
US Citizenship required for government clearance
Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
