Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
MBA or CFA preferred
GPA above 3.0 or equivalent honors
1-2 years experience for Associate level
Minimum 3 years experience for Senior Associate
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in management consulting or investment banking preferred
