Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or related field
  • At least four years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, engineering, utilities operations, or related infrastructure support
  • Experience supervising teams in a related field
  • Experience coordinating contractors or vendor services
  • At least five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, engineering, utilities operations, or related infrastructure support
  • Extensive, hands-on experience maintaining commercial or institutional building systems
  • Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Experience working within higher education or large campus environments
