  • This role is critical in driving technical and operational excellence across the portfolio, ensuring safe, code-compliant, functional, comfortable, energy-efficient, and attractive facilities and site infrastructure.
  • The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team to exceed all MSA KPIs and KSLs, achieve contractual budget goals, and foster a trusted advisor status with the client through continuous improvement and transformative solutions.
